Delete your Scorrenza account

You can delete your account in the Scorrenza app, or without the app on the account deletion page.

How it works

  1. Enter the email address of your Scorrenza account.
  2. We send a 6-digit code to that address.
  3. Enter the code on the page and confirm; your account is deleted.

What is deleted

  • Immediately: you are signed out on every device and your account can no longer be used.
  • After 30 days, permanently: your account and email address, your device records, consents, access rights and sign-in codes, the link between you and the PDFs you uploaded, and the PDF, layout and reference files that no other user uses.

If you sign in to Scorrenza again within these 30 days, you are asked whether to restore your account; if you choose to restore it, the deletion is cancelled. If you do not sign in, your account and your data are permanently deleted after 30 days; this cannot be undone.
